As the days get darker and colder we welcome the light within us - to tune in, to calm down, so we can shine from the inside out.

We are very excited to hold this space together with our beloved friends, Valeria and Juan! They will bring their delicious cacao from Peru and will share their presence & some amazing songs with us. 

At the beginning we move, as we do yoga asanas combined with a free flow. We gather in sacred circle to open our hearts, feeling love and connection with ceremonial cacao. Live music is played during the whole event to completely surrender to all the sounds and vibrations. Together we sing medicine songs and immerse ourselves with music in a wonderful state of gratitude and inner connection. The session ends with a beautiful sound healing that will leave you in a relaxing state at the centre of your heart. After this heart-opening journey you will have time to integrate, journal and share your experience within the community.
