As a group of people that are both active in the realm of business as well as applied improvisation, we are convinced that the convergence of spontaneous art, business and science is the right answer to the challenges of an ever more complex, ambiguous and sometimes too analytical (business) world.

That’s why we created the Spontaneous Arts Conference SPARC as a melting pot for business professionals, artists and scientists. We offer three days of panels, experiments and a large open space for an exchange of ideas and best-practices, co-creation, and inspiration. For the evening program, we will be featuring improvisational theatre shows that put the improv principles into practice for our entertainment.
