The 8th International Cooking Summit features inspiring shows on stage by eight international star chefs as well as many innovative exhibitors in the ChefAlps market hall.

The 8th edition of the International Cooking Summit will feature multifaceted protagonists from across Europe who are successfully redefining the gourmet scene and providing trailblazing impulses in spite of their relative youth thanks to unique culinary ideas.
The following international star chefs will present their unique culinary concepts on stage: Søren SelinSyrco BakkerCésar Troisgros, master pastry chef René FrankHeiko Antoniewicz and Adrien Hurnungee, Karime Lopez as well as Philip Rachinger. Moreover, the world's most creative sommelier Josep Roca will provide insight into his fascinating food and wine pairings!
The supporting programme to the on-stage shows including the market hall and the ChefAlps After-Show-Party will also once again provide plenty of opportunities for networking.
Visitors will be able to discover approximately 30 exhibitors, who will be presenting their exciting and innovative products for gourmet cuisine, as well as interesting start-up entrepreneurs and small-scale food producers. The ChefAlps Speed-dating: Ask the Experts! forum will again offer a direct and easy way to discuss current issues in the hotel and gastronomy industry with exciting luminaries.
Following on from last year’s successful premiere, the number of Masterclasses is expanded. Visitors can choose from exciting workshops held by Cacao Barry, for innovative dessert creations, a wine seminar on the trending topic of natural wines with the Smith & Smith Wine Company, as well as a coffee workshop with Lavazza.
