lied - a sound experience by anamorfosi duo

Audible from afar, melodic world, lieder, entering and escaping, sottovoce, velato, flames, snow.

These are some of the words used by the composers chosen for this program that are filling up its imaginary soundscape, as if it were the smoke from an incense stick, or like the impact of silent snowflakes on the ground.

More than a violin and piano duo, Anamorfosi is an aesthetic experience, using the combination of both instruments as a media to explore various musical and artistic currents of the 20th and 21st century.

The program revolves around the concepts of Lied without words and melody, the latter seeming to be forgotten in the latest contemporary music trends.
