Each year, under the guidance of a professional director from a specific cultural and theatrical context, the students of the Dimitri Academy – one of Switzerland's four theatrical universities – create an original creation, the culmination of their Bachelor’s in Arts of Theatre course. This performance, designed to be taken on tour, represents a true rite of passage, a bridge between academic training and the artistic world.
“LA GRINTA" is a choral and ruthlessly contemporary fresco that explores the concept of resilience in a society obsessed with performance and instant success.
With a visual language that blends the real and the surreal, "GRINTA" offers no easy answers, but forces us to confront the contradictions of our time. Because sometimes, true strength isn't shouting out your determination, but simply having the courage to persevere, even when no one's watching.
