In this age-appropriate production, young audiences experience Beethoven’s only opera as a gripping adventure: Leonore disguises herself as a man named FIDELIO to free her husband—who has been wrongfully imprisoned—from a gloomy dungeon. The story explores themes that remain relevant today:
justice, moral courage, trust, and hope.
