Event for adults only.
Tickets for minors may be purchased ONLY at the Sun Valley Festival box office AND ONLY IF minors are accompanied by a parent. No need for mom or dad to enter the festival, but it is necessary to exchange a few words of prevention with them and have them sign an appropriate form. For each minor we require the presence of an OWN parent, not that of a friend. Tickets will be limited and the first-come, first-served rule applies.
Minors who have misleadingly purchased an online presale will NOT be admitted to the event and tickets will NOT be refunded (see Ticketino AG legal provisions).
UNNAMED TICKET
Bought a ticket but can't attend the Festival? --> No problem: resell your ticket safely on *** TicketSwap ***.
Tickets can be transferred to a third person, even if they are in your name.
ALL-WEATHER EVENT
The event is held in all weather conditions. Exception: event cancellation and ticket refunds in case of severe weather and strong winds (>75km/h).
