Guidelines for the publication of the TICKETINO phone number

When publishing the TICKETINO phone number for advance sales, please note that the number may only be used as follows:

0900 441 441 (CHF 1.-/min.) for Switzerland 0900 3000 019 (Landline: EUR 0.60/Min.; Mobile: significantly more) for Germany 0900 280 019 (Landline: EUR 0.73/Min.) for Austria
Important: The price per minute must be published analogously to the template. If you do not comply with this requirement, you are in breach of the applicable law of the Federal Office of Communications OFCOM (CH) or the applicable law of comparable offices in the respective countries where you sell your tickets. Organizers who do not use the number as required can be legally prosecuted.
